1. Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules and standards.

2. Be knowledge about daily hotel operations, check daily even sheet, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures and events.

3. Get a daily briefing about extra ordinary events to effectively deal with all foreseen situations on a daily basis.
在每日例会中了解额外的事件,以便快捷的处理所有可能发生的情况。

4. Have knowledge about room rates, packages, discounts and promotions and know how to handle each.
掌握房价,包价,折扣和促销的说有信息,并知道如何去处理。

5. Have knowledge about guest rooms, locations, amenities, features and all other services offered by the hotel.

6. Strictly follow all cash handling and banking procedures to check out all customers efficiently.

7. Operate MARSHA, Opera system well and be able to use key card system.

8. Perform guest registration and room assignment correctly and efficiently, accommodate special requests of all customers.
正确的完成客人的登记,房间分配以及协调所有客人的特殊要求。

9. be knowledgeable about Marriott Rewards and other frequent flyer programs. Participate and contribute in Marriott Rewards sign-up program; ensure accuracy and activation rate meet brand goal.

27. Cash Handling
现金操作

1) Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
熟悉所有付款方式,包括: 现金,支票, 借记卡和信用卡。

2) Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges.
熟悉帐务的处理:调帐,退款,减帐和杂项收费。

3) Count bank at end of shift and secure bank.
确保在班次结束后备用金准确无误。

4) Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
按照财务制度平帐并投帐。

5) Provide change to guest and traveler’s checks.
提供兑换业务和旅行支票的现金兑换。

6) Obtain manual authorizations and follow all accounting procedures when computer system is down.当电脑系统无法正常运行时根据财务制度手工提取预授权。

7) Count bank at the beginning of shift to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
确保备用金在班次开始时是准确无误的,并且备有相应的零钱。
